Caddie and MargiCADET-

Our old faithful! The infamous Caddie was the first one to join the Tarcoola team. A grand old gentleman, even the most paranoid of parents smiles as they watch. He has taught 2yo’s to grandmas. With his ‘happy chappy’ attitude Caddie teaches riders balance and trust. He loves his lessons always trying to please, always with a smile on his face. He has many yearsCaddie and Alex experience and did pony club and dressage before joining us in 2005.  We feel very privileged to have him. Owned by Ally and Louise Benstead from Kew we thank them immensely for letting their beautiful old fellow retire with us. A truly amazing animal!

ACADEMY-

Another part of our schooly team is Rothwell Royal Academy. He instills confidence into his pupils and is like Cadet, an incredibly valued member of our team. We thank Jamie and Sonya Carmody from Scone for their generosity in loaning him to us. Before joining us here he carried riders to royal, state and national level wins in riding classes. Notably, he carried Jess Stalling to 2001 EFA national junior rider of the year.

ROBBIE-

Raleigh Cock Robin was a successful show pony before retiring with usRobbie and Charlotte in 2008. His perfect manner and trustworthy temperament as well as his workmanlike attitude has made him a pleasure for the kids to ride and learn on. Robbie has competed at state and royal level competitions also with success over the years and has also taught quite a few kids at pony club. We thank Fran Fowler for the loan of him.

LILLY -

Tarcoola is very excited to have Manorvale Lalique back home with us to retire in our school. Lilly played a very important role in our lilly.jpgShow Team during 1999-2003 competing successfully at local, royals and HOTY shows.  Lilly always puts a smile on your face with her beautiful boggly eyes and fun character. She has found again her old stablemate Theo and we just love having her around. Thankyou so much to the Parry family for entrusting their beautiful pony to us again.

SMOKIE-Smoke and Jenna

Old Smoke has been a part of our family since he was 8. Now 27 he is still helping out in the school with the littlies, his a very valuable member of our school horse team, we love him dearly. His old man attitude really makes us laugh at times but we are sure he thoroughly enjoys his job. He has taught so many kids so much over the years. He carried both Rachael and her sister Lisa to many riding class champions and supremes.

THEO-Theo at Grand Nationals

Our very successful and incredibly special Theo has retired from the show ring here as a schooly. He has an important role as a horse that you can put raw beginners to more advanced riders on and he comes back to or lifts to the level of rider. Whether it is learning the rising trot, playing what's the time Mr wolf in saddleclubs or teaching more advanced movements, Theo is up for the challenge. There aren't to many like that. He is used in camos and saddleclubs and enjoys all the attention that comes with them. Theo has a list of credentials to numerous to list they include wins and placings at State, Royal and national level shows. He is part of a very successful family, with his four full sisters all being highly successful at big shows too. .

SCOTT_AT_GRAFTON.jpgSCOTTY-

15.3 3/4hh Thoroughbred Gelding. Scott oozed look at me and star qualitywhen he was shown. He turned heads wherever he went with his exceptional conformation, extravagant movement, beautiful front, impressive/ reliable workouts and showring presence, in which he thought he owned the show!

He is well schooled and gives an exceptionally comfortable ride.

Scott has been shown with great success at Ag shows and HOTY shows, where he was in the top 5 on most occasions in very strong fields. t.

We are very happy to have this beautiful boy join our school horses, he was a favourite to show and its so lovely to work with him in the school.

FLICKER-

Miss Flicker is 23 years young and has retired to us as another valued member of our team. She makes the kids who ride her work for what they want and only does what she is asked when asked correctly. A little gem that loves to play games, do some sporting and go for a relaxing trail ride in our saddleclubs and camps. Thankyou to the Clenton family for allowing us to borrow Flicker as a schooly. She has been a special member of their family over the years.
